Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Epic Cadence Certified Analyst to join the Epic and Clinical Applications team for one of our largest health care clients in New York City. The Analyst may sit remotely. They will be responsible for building and testing implementations, and optimization of the module. He/she must be a subject matter expert in Epic Welcome and Epic Cadence, and how it ties into the rest of the Epic modules which will demand an Epic Cadence Certification and Epic Welcome Certification. This person will essentially act as a liaison between vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to fully communicate and deliver initiatives for the Cadence module and Welcome module.

Required Skills & Experience

- SME and Certified in Cadence

- Experience building and testing implementations, optimization, and go-live support

- At least 3 years experience in supporting large healthcare organizations in Epic

- Primary duties

o Support and maintenance tickets

o Optimization projects as assigned

- Experience creating meetings and cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams to complete projects

- Experience in a large enterprise level environment or large academic medical institution with high-pressure and high-deliverable expectations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Welcome experience and certification
