Job Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Messaging Engineer to join the Digital Workplace organization for a large chemical manufacturing enterprise. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
-Lead the design, development, and deployment of messaging and collaboration solutions (O365, Exchange, AD, Teams, Slack, BrightSign, digital signage).
-Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for messaging and collaboration platforms.
-Architect, build, and troubleshoot solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
-Provide technical leadership and consultancy for messaging and signage platforms.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of messaging and collaboration services.
-Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI-driven messaging features, UCaaS, and digital signage innovations.
-Participate in documentation efforts, including user guides and technical documentation.
-Assist in scoping and business analysis activities for messaging and collaboration solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in enterprise messaging and collaboration technologies.
Architect-level expertise in O365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft Teams.
Experience in enterprise global messaging estates of 10,000+ seats.
Design, build, and troubleshooting experience with O365, Exchange, AD, and Teams.
Competency with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
Deep understanding of messaging technologies, including AI-driven features and cloud-based solutions.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
Identity Management expertise (Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager/FIM).
Familiarity with Microsoft System Center tools (VMM, OM, SM, Orchestrator).
Knowledge of UCaaS and real-time communication tools.
Experience with BrightSign and digital signage platforms for enterprise environments.
