Job Description
This role will oversee the execution of large, intricate construction initiatives from start to finish. It demands comprehensive project management expertise, with a strong focus on budget oversight, timeline control, risk reduction, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will lead both internal and external teams to ensure capital projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality. Responsibilities include negotiating construction contracts, managing financials, handling change orders, maintaining schedules, and optimizing contingency plans.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of major capital construction projects, emphasizing cost efficiency, schedule adherence, and proactive risk management.
- Lead a blended team of internal staff and external partners to ensure project quality, constructability, and safety standards are met.
- Provide technical leadership and foster team growth, while ensuring effective collaboration across engineering, architectural, and other professional disciplines.
- Oversee contract negotiations and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in construction management for major commercial or corporate real estate projects
- 10+ years’ experience managing third party vendors (CMs, GCs, etc)
- Strong knowledge of cost, schedule and risk on major capital projects
- Strong Project Management skills, ability to articulate, organize, and present critical project updates to key leaders and stakeholders
- University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or equivalent
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- Experience with ground-up and fit out construction projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- High-Rise building construction experience
