Job Description

Insight Global's luxury retail client is seeking a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Engineer to support an initiative focused on improving endpoint performance, application reliability, and overall employee experience across a large enterprise environment. This individual will leverage DEX platforms and endpoint analytics tools to identify trends, investigate user-impacting issues, and drive remediation efforts that enhance the digital workplace experience.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience supporting endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, or Digital Employee Experience initiatives.
Hands-on experience with DEX platforms such as Nexthink, ControlUp, Lakeside, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, endpoint health monitoring, and performance optimization.
Experience analyzing application performance issues, system crashes, logs, and crash dumps.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across endpoint and enterprise application environments.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and actionable analytics for technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across infrastructure, engineering, and support teams.
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, or modern device management tools.
Familiarity with ITSM, monitoring, and observability platforms.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments and digital workplace initiatives.
