Insight Global is seeking out a Database Engineer with strong expertise in MSSQL and ETL development to support a high-impact data integration project. This role is central to ingesting and structuring data from a new sports data provider, optimizing database performance, and supporting backend services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 70-80% of the position involves working on the databases and MSSQL, and the rest of the role entails working with maintaining backend services using Node.js. This person will be designing, optimizing and maintaining scalable SQL queries for data ingestion, transformation and normalization. This person should me able to integrate and structure data from external providers, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
