Job Description

One of our fortune 10 technology clients is looking to bring on a Data Center Project Controller to join onto the Advanced Technology & Innovation team. In light of recent AI/ML implementations, there is a backlog in risk management and overall coordination of design and construction management. This individual will hold the responsibility of managing the risk register and creating storyboards of specific situations and working cross-functionally for multiple program managers in assistance of end-to-end construction design management. This engagement will be fully remote on a 12-month contract.

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:

* 2-4 years of experience in a similar environment (hyperscale mission critical construction industry)

* Engineering background (mechanical, architectural, electrical, structural, etc.)

* Strong understanding of technical disciplines of risk (compliant versus true risks)

* BIM and/or Revit

* Personable, optimistic, and able to manage different personalities across different teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

* Ability to create technical dashboards/storyboards
