Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a luxury Italian fashion brand specializing in high‑quality cashmere knitwear, to hire a Client Advisor to support its U.S. boutique location. This role offers the opportunity to join a globally recognized luxury brand known for craftsmanship, minimalist design, and an elevated client experience. The Client Advisor will play a key role in cultivating long‑term client relationships and delivering a personalized, high‑touch in‑store experience.

As a Client Advisor, you will serve as a brand ambassador, focusing on relationship‑driven sales and clienteling rather than foot‑traffic volume. This individual will build and maintain a loyal client base, follow up with customers post‑purchase, host private appointments, and provide thoughtful styling and product guidance to both women and men in a refined retail environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a client‑first, service‑driven setting.

This role requires full availability, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to commute easily to the assigned store location.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver a highly personalized, luxury‑level client experience through one‑on‑one selling and relationship building
• Actively grow, manage, and maintain a personal client book, driving repeat business and ongoing client engagement
• Capture customer information and conduct thoughtful follow‑ups via phone and written communication
• Confidently style and advise clientele, demonstrating deep product knowledge and brand awareness
• Meet or exceed individual sales and productivity goals through consultative selling
• Support private shopping appointments and elevated client interactions
• Communicate the brand’s craftsmanship, materials, and values in an authentic and engaging way
• Partner closely with store leadership to support daily operations, KPIs, and store initiatives
• Assist with visual standards, opening/closing procedures, POS usage, and end‑of‑day communications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished boutique environment that reflects luxury standards

Compensation:
$21 to $29 per hour plus an additional commission structure.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
