Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote (EST) administrative assistant for a non-profit client headquartered in New York City. This administrative assistant is being brought on the team to support 2-3 c-suite executives during their busy fundraising season. The main responsibilities will be calendar management and scheduling. Prior executive support is not a hard requirement, but the ideal candidate will be comfortable jumping into various ad-hoc administrative projects, owning them, and pivoting quickly as needed with little supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. This will be a 3-month contract with possible extensions and the role will be Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week (this is company standard).

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant

Experience with calendar management and scheduling

Experience with MS Office- Outlook, Word, Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Candidates must own reliable personal computer or laptop to use while on assignment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience supporting c-suite executives

Experience in the non-profit industry
