Job Description

The role for the Payroll Specialist will manage the organizations payroll functions and requires
that all key duties and responsibilities for Payroll and Unions are processed and completed
accurately and in compliance with government regulations.

Compensation: $24-28/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience

EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: College Degree - Major in Accounting, Finance or Construction
Management
EXPERIENCE:
5 or more years of experience in Payroll. Experience with relevant systems, Contractors
or Unions is a plus.
Payroll experience, ideally experienced with unions, construction, or utility site work.
Working knowledge of Excel, Payroll and Accounting Systems (Foundation is a plus)
