Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a 1 year contract, possible extensions, Pharma Project Manager with a strong background in the life sciences industry, particularly within commercial operations, for $50-$57 an hour. This person is to join a Center of Excellence team focused on driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in polishing SOPs, improving operational workflows, and connecting the dots between business strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable influencing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects within the Center of Excellence to streamline processes and optimize SOPs.
• Assess and improve operational workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Act as a strategic connector—aligning stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables to achieve organizational goals.
• Partner with procurement and supplier management teams to ensure smooth sourcing and vendor engagement.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between operations, procurement, and research teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience in a pharma/healthcare setting (using Project Management tools (PowerPoint, Microsoft tools, etc)
• Experience helping an organization polish SOP's, how their operations work, and connecting the dots on what they strategically need to get accomplished.
• Familiarity with AI in a working setting
• Experience with any type of data migration and ability to understand the vocabulary and understand how to get things moving by bringing the group of people together
Bachelor's degree
