Job Description

Position Summary
The Business Process Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing procedural documentation and operational workflows across Regeneron’s commercial and patient support services teams. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports cross-functional initiatives that enhance patient-centric programs.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications

Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years. [Manager –...ticals ...]
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience in life sciences, commercial operations, and patient support services.
Strong project management, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and apply critical thinking in dynamic environments.
