Job Description

This position is responsible for a specialized role in the Laboratory Asset Management lifecycle process. Key responsibilities of this role include supporting with coordinating preventative maintenance efforts for over 200 lab asset/equipment service providers and a portfolio of approximately 9,000 assets, assisting with lab equipment relocation logistics, supporting with capital project coordination, preparing presentations and data reports, and contributing to additional initiatives such as software upgrades and responding to equipment emergencies. This fast-paced, high-volume and collaborative position will interface with the Asset Management Team, R&pD laboratories, and laboratory asset service providers/vendors. Assisting with scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely completion of contracted PM tasks. Submitting and managing tickets in the Asset Management database for scheduled PMs. Updating the Scheduling Dashboard and PM tracking spreadsheets. Coordinating site access for service providers in collaboration with the Asset Management Team Service Coordinator. o Ensuring lab equipment relocations are scheduled, tracked, and completed on time. Submitting tickets in the Asset Management database for asset relocations. Updating the Scheduling Dashboard and move tracking spreadsheets. Performing follow-ups for unscheduled or pending requests and documenting updates on the Scheduling Dashboard and move tracking spreadsheets. The pay is around 30/hr.
