Job Description

Overview
A large healthcare organization in New York is undergoing a significant multi‑hospital consolidation and is seeking a skilled SailPoint Administrator to support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives. This role will focus heavily on access validation, lifecycle automation, and ensuring secure, compliant identity management across the expanding enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform SailPoint IdentityIQ administration, configuration, and build activities aligned with organizational governance standards.
• Support ongoing access validation processes across multiple hospitals and systems.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Beanshell scripts to support workflows, rules, and advanced SailPoint functionality.
• Manage and enhance Lifecycle Manager components, including Lifecycle Automation and Lifecycle Processes, to ensure smooth and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Configure and maintain SailPoint connectors to integrate applications and systems across the healthcare environment.
• Participate in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root‑cause analysis related to identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and application teams to ensure identity controls meet clinical and operational needs.
• Support testing, documentation, and release of enhancements within SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and build activities.
• Proficiency in Beanshell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Lifecycle Manager, including Lifecycle Automation and Lifecycle Processes.
• Experience configuring and supporting SailPoint connectors.
• SailPoint Certification (IdentityIQ Engineer, Architect, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in healthcare environments preferred (access governance, PHI/PII handling, compliance frameworks, etc.).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support large-scale organizational changes.
