Job Description

• Portfolio Oversight:
○ Manage the lifecycle of projects within the Service Line Transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
○ Provide governance and oversight to maintain scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
○ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical leaders, IT teams, and vendor partners.
○ Facilitate communication and decision-making across diverse teams.
• Project Leadership:
○ Oversee planning, onboarding, and execution of projects such as:
§ LeanTaaS OR Optimization Implementation
§ Ambry Genetic Testing System Implementation
§ EEG Platform Standardization
○ Ensure projects adhere to IT governance and best practices.
• Financial & Resource Management:
○ Maintain portfolio financials and optimize resource allocation based on priorities.
○ Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolio health.
• Risk & Issue Management:
○ Identify critical path issues and manage them to resolution.
Escalate risks that threaten portfolio success.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years in portfolio or program management, preferably in healthcare or IT.
- Proven experience managing complex technology implementations in clinical environments.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SDLC, healthcare IT systems, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience supporting Clinical Projects for a healthcare organization
- PMP & Bachelors Degree is preferred
