Our client is known for offering services with a focus on outstanding quality, value added engineering and successful project outcomes. These services include engineering only and engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) services for high voltage powerlines and substations. As a Construction Manager you will be supporting a local utility in its effort for storm hardening their systems. This includes programs related to undergrounding their distribution lines, rebuilding substations to meet flood zones, and similar. will be responsible for oversees all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning and budgeting to completion, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications by coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, monitoring quality, and resolving any issues that arise on site, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to meet project goals; you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the construction process.

- Construction Management experience in utility projects for electric operations
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of excel
- experience with forecasting and schedules in P6 or similar
- Experience of project budget tracking, funding, authorization requests, change orders, etc.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
