1. Answer phone calls coming into the medical center
2. Transfer calls and help with patient's needs
3. Document calls on a need-by-need basis

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of customer service representative experience
High school diploma or GED
Proficient with Windows PC applications

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Healthcare customer service experience
