Lead the architecture and deployment of Siemens Quality solutions, with a focus on Teamcenter Quality.
Guide customers through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with industry standards like IATF 16949, ISO 9100, ISO 13498.
Facilitate workshops, document outcomes, and deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.
Guide customer business process transformation to improve efficiency and adherence to best manufacturing practices.
Design and develop solutions within Siemens Quality tools to provide customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through architecture and implementation of closed loop quality software with an emphasis on the following tools: APQP, Control Planning, Inspection Planning, Nonconformance Management, Problem Solving (CAPA, 8D, etc), Audit Management, FMEA, Supplier Quality, and Training Management.
Lead customer workshops and document business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across the Digital Thread.
Support solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Investigate and resolve complex issues independently, applying creative problem-solving approaches.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldor equivalent experience.
Experience with IATF 16949 (lead auditor experience preferred).
Strong understanding of key quality processes.
Familiarity with Change Management and Document Control processes.
Experience deploying or supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) - enterprise level, closed loop systems
Participated in external audits.
Familiarity with business processes in one or more industries: Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Packaged Goods, Medical Device.
Familiarity with Industry Quality tools.
Technical skills in one or more of the following: SQL, HTML, Java, XSL stylesheets, database management.
Familiarity with continuous improvement; Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Familiarity with enterprise software deployment frameworks and methodologies.
Experience managing and administrating a QMS platform.
