Insight Global is seeking an ADP Configuration Specialist to support a major sports organization through a critical ADP optimization initiative. This expert will lead a full assessment and redesign of ADP Workforce Now with an immediate focus on time‑off tracking, protected leave compliance, and payroll alignment. The ideal candidate brings deep ADP functional knowledge paired with technical configuration experience and is confident advising leadership while also executing hands‑on system improvements. This role is highly visible, meeting‑heavy, and will shape long‑term HRIS strategy, reporting readiness, and compliance for the organization. It’s a fully remote opportunity supporting a well‑funded, high‑priority project. This is a contract until end of year and pays $43-48/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• At least 3+ years hands‑on HRIS/ADP systems experience
• Strong ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN) experience (Functional + Technical)
• Expertise in ADP Time Off, Leave, and Payroll configuration
• Experience with multi‑state compliance, especially New York protected leave laws
• Ability to conduct a current‑state ADP assessment
• Experience managing RFPs and implementation/optimization projects
• Strong reporting and system auditing capabilities
Comfortable advising leadership + rolling up sleeves for configuration
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday
• Knowledge of ADP Benefits
• Experience supporting M&A from an HRIS standpoint
• Enterprise systems background (large‑scale system integrations)
