Job Description

We are seeking Electrical Design Engineers to support the design and development of advanced electronic hardware. This role focuses on hands-on circuit design, power systems, and analog development within aerospace/defense applications.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop electrical circuits and subsystems
• Support power and analog circuit design efforts
• Develop and test hardware for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with systems and mechanical teams on integration
• Participate in design reviews and troubleshooting efforts
Support product lifecycle from concept through production

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with power and analog design
• Experience with circuit design, testing, and validation
• Familiarity with OpenVPX / VITA architectures
2 SENIOR LEVEL (10+ years)
• Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle designs (concept → production)
• Strong ownership of design decisions and troubleshooting
Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Stepper Motor Controls or Piezo Actuators
• Exposure to SpaceVPX or space-based systems
Background in aerospace, defense, or embedded systems
