Job Description

The Salesforce Product Manager is a key driver in improving clinical and operational workflows through scalable, user‑focused Salesforce solutions. This role combines strategic product leadership, deep platform knowledge, and strong communication skills to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. You’ll partner with teams across the organization to understand requirements, optimize processes, and guide the successful delivery of Salesforce enhancements in a fast‑paced, highly regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership & Product Leadership
• Serve as the primary product owner for a portfolio of Salesforce applications
• Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders as a trusted Salesforce advisor
• Ensure transparent communication throughout the product lifecycle, including updates, expectations management, and risk identification
Requirements & Solution Design
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and design workshops
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Convert operational needs into clear user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
Delivery & Execution
• Partner closely with Salesforce admins, developers, and integration teams throughout the delivery process
• Maintain thorough documentation for development, QA, training, and future enhancements
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT
• Drive successful deployments, user adoption, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce functionality

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years experience in Salesforce product management, business analysis, or platform ownership
- Strong hands-on understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations (Apps, Objects, Permissions, Page Layouts, Flows, Reporting, etc.)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical audiences in complex enterprise environments
- Proven experience creating detailed business and technical requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written / verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Agent Force and Data Cloud Experience
