Insight Global is seeking a Process Engineer to join one of our largest Pharmaceutical clients 5x/week onsite in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Manufacturing Technical Services team which manages the start-up phases of various pieces of equipment within new facilities across the business. This team is currently responsible for the new fill/finish facility and is managing the packing and process development of the line. This individual will be tied to the Process Engineer on the team, focused on the assembly of the syringes for the fill/finish line as well as the process development of recipe foundation procedures for the line. They will not be creating any new recipes rather utilizing recipe foundations created by the vendors of the existing equipment and programming equipment accordingly. They will also be expected to develop set points and parameters for the equipment. They will be working 50/50 between their desk and on the floor with other teams of engineers so soft skills are a must.

- 3-5 years of Engineering experience (manufacturing Eng, Process eng, automation eng, etc.)
- Experience working with or knowledge of automation processes/systems
- Experience working on a fill/finish line
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry
- Excellent soft skills
