Job Description

The Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role ensures maximum uptime, process stability, and tool performance in a cleanroom environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Associate’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology (or equivalent technical discipline).
- Minimum of 8 years of RTP experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience with AMAT RTP/RTA process equipment
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to drive solutions on down tools
- Ability to train others and transfer knowledge to documented procedures
- Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control methodologies & systems.
- Equipment or process maintenance experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Familiarity with Lean processes & activities and Kaizen teams
