Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Residential Project Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from demolition through final completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential construction, carpentry, or renovation project management who enjoys being in the field, coordinating trades, managing material deliveries, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing an exceptional homeowner experience.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple active remodeling projects, maintaining project schedules, enforcing quality standards, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and coordinating with homeowners throughout the renovation process.

Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and daily jobsite activities.
- Ensure proper sequencing of work and maintain project momentum through effective scheduling and communication.
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and installation timelines.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor workmanship, progress, and adherence to company standards.
- Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.
- Create and manage punch lists to ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and address questions, concerns, and project updates.
- Resolve jobsite issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication records.
- Support service and warranty-related follow-up work as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or project management.
- Strong understanding of remodeling workflows, construction methods, and finish installation.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience conducting quality control inspections and ensuring quality standards are met with the projects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience managing kitchen, bathroom, or interior residential renovation projects.
- Previous experience as a Lead Carpenter, Construction Supervisor, Project Manager, or Residential Builder.
- Hands-on carpentry or remodeling experience.
