Insight Global is looking for a Construction Manager to support one of our largest telecom clients. The project's overarching goal is to significantly enhance network coverage and capacity within the NY Metro area through the strategic deployment and modification of Small Cell infrastructure. This role will include conducting detailed site surveys for eNSE (enhanced Network Service Edge) hub migrations and ODAS (Outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems) to Small Cell (SC) SNAPs (Service Node Access Points). The candidate will support overall hub planning for small cells, including the planning, designing, monitoring, and completing of physical antenna structures in the right-of-way. They will manage specific build types: New Builds (Metal Street Light Poles, Wooden Utility Poles) and Modifications (Metal Street Light Poles, Wooden Utility Poles). And they will develop detailed scopes of work for various programs, managing bid walks, and providing crucial support for ODAS hub SNAPs.
