Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an RTLS Installation Technician for a leading healthcare technology initiative supporting hospital systems across Wichita. This role is part of a dedicated travel team responsible for deploying real-time location tracking systems within active hospital environments. Technicians will play a hands-on role tagging medical equipment, validating device data, and ensuring accuracy within client systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy structured, detail-oriented work in dynamic healthcare settings and are open to travel-based projects.
• Tag medical equipment with RTLS (Real-Time Location Services) stickers
• Match RTLS tags to device IDs within the client’s mobile application
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail during tagging and data entry
• Identify which medical devices are in scope for tagging
• Communicate process improvements and flag risks to the project lead
• Work onsite across multiple hospital locations as part of a traveling installation team

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills (interacting with hospital staff, patients, and guests)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check (no felonies or violent misdemeanors)
• Ability to complete a 10-panel drug screen
• Ability to meet hospital onboarding requirements, including immunizations and labs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Technical, electronics, or hands-on installation experience
• Military experience (technical or operations-focused)
• Backgrounds in asset management, technician roles, environmental services, custodial/janitorial, logistics, operations, merchandising, production, or break/fix support
