Data Scientist

Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist to join a Fortune 100 Healthcare Organization. This team is responsible for Prior Authorizations (PA) for the PBM space, specifically in assisting the business with finding analytical solutions to the Pre-Authorization process and improving efficiency. Daily, this individual will be involved in conversations with business stakeholders on issues/errors related to the PA space and will be responsible for coming up with and communicating analytical solutions to be implemented, as well as building and deploying Gen AI models. Once solutions are identified, this individual will be responsible for doing some of the technical work related to this product, including using SQL, Python and GCP.

- 4-6 years of experience as a Data Scientist
- Experience building and deploying models within GenAI using Python
- In depth knowledge and working experience of LLMs, NLPs
- Experience with GCP, Azure or AWS as cloud platform
- Hands-on experience Python Development
- Strong hands-on experience working with SQL (writing complex queries, creating stored procedures)
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Experience building and deploying robust data pipelines utilizing Python
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
