Job Description

Job Duties
Ensure accurate and timely distributor order processing including returns and credits.
Confirming pricing, item number/description and quantities are correct.
Provide information about the products
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Ability to research issues independently to determine root cause and corrective action needed.
Demonstrate follow up action with customers, distributors, sales force, and end users.
Provide continuous and responsive support to sales force.
Ability to work with other departments such as Shipping, Production, and Purchasing.
Special projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Skills & Qualifications
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (not a remote position) and occasional OT as needed.
Must have strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic whether they are working with others or working unsupervised.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
Adaptability to work efficiently and effectively daily under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft 365. Strong Excel skills +
Positive and professional demeanor.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficient in Netsuite preferred, but not required
