Job Description

Level 5:

The core responsibilities of this team involve ownership of process integration of Photonics devices; monitoring performance and driving improvements related to technology yield, Cp/Cpk of inline and electrical parameters, defectivity, and more. The team is also responsible for the development of new and emerging technologies through definition/execution of experiments and technical data analysis. The ideal candidate can demonstrate a technical understanding of semiconductor principles and an understanding of a balanced scorecard approach to develop, sustain, and improve semiconductor technologies with quality, cost, and delivery all considered.



Level 9:

This position is for an Integration PMTS to be a part of a Fab Integration/Device engineering team participating in advance technology development and manufacturing implementation in client's state of the art 300mm wafer fab.

Required Skills & Experience

Process Integration - Level 5

· Education -- Bachelors or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering or physical science discipline

· Experience - 2 years of experience as Process Integration Engineer role or 2 years of experience with equipment engineering

- Fluency in English Language -- written & verbal



Process Integration - Level 9

- Minimum of 15 Years Semiconductor/Fab related experience in advance technology

- Experience in transferring, implementing, ramping, and sustaining process technologies in a high-volume foundry manufacturing setting, with a focus on customer specific product/ technology

- Proven ability to lead and influence at high levels within the organization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Process Engineer Level 5:

- Experience on integrating and characterization of photonic devices

- Foundry experience with semiconductor device fabrication and characterization



Process Engineer Level 9:

- Prefer 14nm FINFET and 22FDX Manufacturing background
