Insight Global is looking for a Security Systems Technician to join one of our building technology clients in Albany, NY. This position is responsible for servicing access control and CCTV systems across four commercial biopharma sites. 70% of work will be performed in the field and conduct regular reporting to the client’s locations. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in the field and be proficient in access control software platforms (C-Cure) and Genetec software.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of field experience as a Security Systems Technician
Experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining access control, CCTV, and related security systems
Proficiency with Genetec software
Proficient with C-Cure software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in biopharma or similar regulated environments
Familiarity with Software House systems
OSHA or other safety certifications
