Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Inside Sales Rep for a Sales and Marketing company in Albany, NY. This will be a full-time position and will be fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls from interested buyers
- Gather customer information, input data into Goldmine (CRM), and provide pricing and product details
- Follow up with customers and assist with quoting
- Comfortable navigating multiple databases and systems
- Soft sales approach, responding to inquiries and providing pricing via Sourcewell procurement method
- Ensure all customer/project information is accurately entered into Goldmine

Expected base: $45-50k

Required Skills & Experience

- Comfortable with databases and quoting systems (Goldmine, QuoteWorks, Adobe, Excel, Word)
- Strong follow-up and customer service skills
- Able to quickly learn and adapt (should get up to speed within a month)
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Smart, sharp, and open to growth; college degree not required
- Able to present using Excel and PowerPoint
