Ideal candidate:
- Experience working in a FAB
- Previous semiconductor experience as a service engineer or technician in etch or sd systems
- Mechanical and Electrical aptitude
- open to military background or relevant experience in lieu of college degree
*Service Engineer will support TEL Etch and CERTAS Leaga systems and submodules.
* Work location: Primarily work from Albany, NY site, but may be required to support occasional work and badging at regional customer sites in Malta, NY or EFK sites.
* Prefer FAB and cleanroom experience but, will consider recent college grads, candidates with technical degrees or military background in lieu of education.

Responsibilities: Performs on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment
Troubleshoots equipment problems
Maintains records and reports as required
Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions
Orders and installs parts
