Job Description

Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects related to water infrastructure, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on construction sites.
Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain project quality and integrity.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Qualifying Party Certificate in the state of New Mexico required.
8-9 years of professional experience.
Experience as a construction manager in water infrastructure projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulation.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time to project sites and client locations as necessary.
