Job Description

A Client in Carlsbad, New Mexico has 1 opening for a Water Technician to add to their Water Logistics Team. The primary responsibility is to achieve disposal and treated water production goals by continues interaction with oil and gas production techs, completion group, and team lead. Collaborates daily to determine pipeline and SWD capacity and maximizing water treatment systems to meet a demanding frac schedule while balancing water volumes across the field. This a long-term contract opportunity with the potential to go permanent.

Required Skills & Experience

-High School Diploma or GED
-0-5 years of industry experience within Oil & Gas
-Strong initiative and self-starter
-Technical skills related to math and analytical processes
-General mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Some college or technical training
-Advanced with MS Suite, Excel
-Working knowledge of oil and gas water systems operations preferred
-Bachelor's Degree
