Job Description
The Lease Operator will be responsible for monitoring and optimization of all production process variables, ensuring that all production equipment is operating at peak reliability and efficiency, and acquiring and storing data. They will be working on H pumps within the lease, doing maintenance & trouble shooting for the product equipment. They will be inspecting equipment, collecting production data, fix routine issues and keep everything flowing. Will be watching pressures, temperatures, tank levels, and keeping equipment healthy so production never stops.

Required Skills & Experience
-2 years current related experience in oil and gas, or related petrochemical industries.
-Experience with gas lifts, compressor stations, H pumps
-Hungry to learn and trainable
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Valid Drivers License
Work schedule for the position will be a 8/6 rotation; ability and willingness to work weekends and holidays of assigned work schedule and overtime based on workload.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associate’s degree
Basic knowledge of MS Office and aptitude for learning new software packages
