Job Description
The Waste Management Process Engineer (MT) will translate waste processing requirements into practical equipment solutions by designing, specifying, and commissioning filtration, neutralization, and separation systems. The role includes integrating controls and instrumentation, developing SOPs, supporting operational teams, and driving continuous equipment and process improvements. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to bridge process engineering with equipment design, possess strong commissioning and troubleshooting skills, and have experience in regulated or nuclear environments. Familiarity with process control systems and scaling pilot processes into production is required. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, at least eight years of experience, and strong collaboration and communication skills are essential. This is on-site 5 days a week with a salary range from 90K-130K depending on YoE.

Background in nuclear waste processing or similarly regulated, high-control industries.
BS/MS in ChemE/ME/Manufacturing + ~8 years experience.
