Job Description

An employer in the Albuquerque, NM area is seeking an RF Test Engineer for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will be a team of 1 working directly with military personnel to discuss test operations for transmitters and antenna devices. Will need to go out into the field for operational testing and processes. Will be required to go onto the base 5 days/week and obtain a Secret Security DoD clearance.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to obtain a Secret DoD Security clearance
Bachelors Degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Aerospace, or similar degree) and 12+ YOE in experience with Directed Energy, Space, Radio Frequency or Air Defense technologies & systems (OR Masters Degree and 9+ YOE OR PhD and 7+ YOE)
Knowledge of electromagnetic spectrum certification and authorization approval processes
Able to perform field test operations (data collection, logistics, deconfliction, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Active Secret clearance
Experience working with integrated testing teams
Experience working with a military focused organization
