Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support hospice operations across the Albuquerque metro area. This role will support multiple branches during a period of clinical leadership transition and increased patient demand. The RN will provide high‑quality, compassionate care to geriatric hospice patients while collaborating closely with clinical and operational leadership.
Hospice experience is preferred but not required—candidates with strong RN backgrounds will be trained, including on admissions if needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Responsibilities

Provide in‑home hospice nursing care to geriatric patients
Conduct routine patient visits (average 5–6 per day)
Perform assessments, symptom management, and care coordination
Complete accurate clinical documentation in Netsmart (transitioning to MatrixCare on June 1)
Participate in hospice admissions if trained or willing to learn
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and branch leadership
Maintain a professional, clean‑cut appearance appropriate for hospice care
Travel locally between patient homes (mileage reimbursed)

Required Qualifications

Active RN license (state of New Mexico or compact)
Comfort working independently in the field
Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Reliable transportation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hospice or home health experience
Experience with Netsmart and/or MatrixCare (training provided)
