Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to -
- Implementing the quality control program plan which includes, process logs, test registers, and point files
- Updating internal and external stakeholders on weekly reports related to quality of construction progress
- Review inspections reports, punch lists and inspection results
- Development of other QC personnel
- Submit and review RFI's to ensure changes on project scope and timeline
- Participate in trade vendor partners and materials meetings and report to upper management
- Coordinate inspections

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
- 3-5+ years of quality control experience for a large construction project
- Proficient in comprehending project specifications, standards, codes, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Army Corp of Engineers Construction Experience
