Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee project cost and schedule performance, ensuring R&D initiatives are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, facilitating cross-functional coordination, managing risks, and supporting procurement processes while aligning execution with technical leadership strategy. This role requires strong financial and scheduling expertise, experience working in technical R&D environments, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder settings. Candidates should hold a PMP or equivalent certification, have familiarity with nuclear or advanced materials projects, and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field and at least eight years of experience are required. This is on-site five days a week. Salary range from $110k-135K.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience owning cost/schedule; builds plans/budgets/forecasts/risks; removes roadblocks across technical/procurement/legal.
Experience supporting technical R&D programs where technical strategy is led by senior technical leadership.
PMP or equivalent; strong financial/schedule acumen and stakeholder management.
BS in Engineering/Business/Science + ~8 years experience.
