Insight Global is hiring a ServiceNow Specialist to evaluate and enhance the existing platform for one of its top clients in the energy industry. This role involves evaluating the current setup, identifying issues, and reconfiguring the platform for maximum efficiency. In the first month, you will focus on identifying areas for improvement, providing recommendations on design, architecture, and implementation, and addressing these issues directly. You will be responsible for implementing necessary changes, configuring system administration, and mentoring the current ServiceNow specialist to enhance their proficiency. Key aspects of this role include mentoring, configuration, and customization.

- Extensive ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Specifically, knowledge of ITSM
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues within the platform
- Skilled in deploying new ServiceNow modules and managing upgrades
- Extensive experience in installing and working on the ServiceNow Platform
- Strong foundation in system implementation and architectural design
- Customization and Configuration: customizing and tailoring the platform to meet organizational needs.
- Mentor and provide training on ServiceNow best practices
