Insight Global's Security Systems client is looking for a Service Manager to join their team in New Jersey. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of service delivery, managing a team of 20 service technicians and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of service requests. Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching service calls, maintaining customer satisfaction, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role requires collaboration with other departments to address and resolve service-related issues. This person will be required to be on-site in Wall Township, NJ 5x per week.

Experience in the commercial security, fire, or life safety industries is preferred
