Job Description
The Senior AI Product Lead owns the end-to-end value delivery of AI/ML initiatives, ensuring that what is built not only functions technically, but is actively adopted and drives measurable business impact. This role is responsible for defining and validating the value hypothesis for each pilot sprint, translating business needs into clear product requirements, and ensuring solutions are practical, usable, and aligned to real-world workflows. This individual partners closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, co-designing user experiences with platform partners while embedding directly with end users across functions such as sales, operations, and R&D/Regulatory. Unlike a traditional project manager, this role is accountable for outcomes—not timelines—with a strong focus on adoption, usability, and tangible business results
