Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Benefits Manager that will be responsible for the day-to day- management, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans (401(k) or similar), and wellness initiatives. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure benefits programs are competitive, compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, and aligned with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of benefits administration experience with a strong U.S. benefits foundation; global exposure a plus
Vendor & consultant management experience; primary point of contact and lead on benefit changes or new implementations
Clear communicator of complex or sensitive benefits updates to HR, Payroll (key partner), Finance, and employees at all levels
Proven rollout of benefits programs, including hands on change management and employee communications
Highly cross functional, collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and embedded in broader business initiatives
Self directed and fast paced, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
Process improvement mindset, proactively streamlining programs, workflows, and communications
Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills, including data analysis, reporting, and summarization
Experience supporting hourly and shift based workforces, with strong understanding of payroll timing and dependencies
Exposure to wellness initiatives, including launching or expanding wellness programs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Workday experience
Familiarity with Alight platform (ADP is also a plus).
Experience working in a matrixed and/or global organization.
Familiarity with leave administration.
