Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Therapist for one of our social services clients. This role involves managing a direct caseload of seven youth (females ages 12 – 19 years old). Each youth must receive a minimum of six hours of clinical services weekly, which includes two hours of individual therapy, one hour of family therapy, two hours of group therapy, and one flexible hour that may be used for crisis intervention, skill building, or collateral sessions. The position requires timely and accurate completion of all documentation, including assessments, screenings, treatment plans, progress notes, intakes, and discharges, in alignment with program contract requirements. It is essential to ensure that all youth remain active within their authorization and are familiar with PerformCare systems such as JCR, TJCR, and DJCRS. Team collaboration is a key component, with regular participation in APN meetings, treatment team meetings, weekly case consultations, clinical huddles, staff meetings, and roundtables.
