Job Description

One of Insight Global's health care clients is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This individual will serve as the secretary for the residency program. The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering phones, scheduling for the internal medicine faculty members, and taking minutes/notes during meetings. They must be proficient with Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft products. The team is made up of 2 other coordinators. This role is not patient facing.

Required Skills & Experience

- Front desk/Administrative experience

- Great personality!

- Comfortable with 6 month contract/open to going perm (not guaranteed)
