IG Is looking for a QA Associate to support one of our CPG clients within their quality organizatoin. This position will carry out reviews, data analysis, data summaries and present to Business Quality management.
Review, provide feedback and approval of Annual Product Quality Reviews. Quantity of full reviews ~5-10. Partial review and/or support Plant Quality ~20
Review, assess impact and provide approval of any changes throughout the product lifecycle for changes to product produced at Canadian managed Contract Manufacturers.
SOP writing for applicable procedures for Canadian distribution center
Consumer complaint triage for Business Quality management review
90% of their day will consist of APRs taking on one that have been reviewed, communicating for any corrections and following up on next steps. They will also need to assess the impact of any cange controls being implemented.
