Our Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Web Analytics consultant with deep experience in GA4 and GTM to join their Commercial Digital Product team. This team acts as the Business Product Owner for GA4 and Content Tagging across all of the Therapeutic Areas and their digital assets. The GA4 Specialist will come in to tag the site for Patients and Payers using GA4 and GTM, run reports on the tags, and develop reports. This resource would be relied on as the SME of GA4 for this group, but would have access to other data analytics teams for backend support. Many of the marketing agencies do not have GA4 expertise so this individual will be responsible for developing training programs for the agencies. They will also be working closely with the back end Data Lake IT teams so understanding of GCP and data integration is helpful. The ideal resource would be taking a consultative approach and be able to communicate findings and processes with business stakeholders. Advanced data analysis and reporting skills are preferred using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau/Looker, Big Query or similar.
3-5+ years' in web analytics with expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Strong skills in digital marketing, digital analytics, and associated tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau or Similar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience partnering with Business and IT groups
