Job Description
Our client is looking for a Lead to manage Project Manager and Business Analyst responsibilities to join their Patient Services group. They will be supporting new capabilities to their Patient Services platform. The team is building new telephony capabilities for their Patient Services Call Center and the Business Analyst will be critical in leading stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, user story/acceptance criteria writing, and backlog prioritization. They should be very comfortable working in JIRA and ideally have worked on products enabled by Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, API, and Data Migration project experience is a big plus.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience as an Agile/Scrum Project Manager or Business Analyst supporting an enterprise IT organization
Demonstrated success in project management and/or SDLC approach
Deep experience with Agile, Jira, and User Stories
Proven experience leading technology initiatives related to Service Cloud, Call Center technologies, or Patient Services
Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences background preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Project experience related to Patient data, specifically related to patient services call centers
Strong Data Background (source to target mapping, Datawarehouse knowledge)
Knowledge of APIs and Integrations
Technical Salesforce Background
