Job Description
A waste management company based out of New Jersey is looking for a head of residential sales to join their team as they continue to expand their footprint in the Northern New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for spearheading the growth in the area through identifying leads, cold calling and building relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for setting the strategy and building the business in this territory overtime to help with the expansion of the organization. When you start, you will be a one person team with growth to add direct reports in the future.
Individuals suited for the job will come from the waste management industry, having experience selling in residential areas and have people management experience. We are looking for individuals with a strong track record of successfully building a territory to help with company expansion.
Compensation:
$140,000 to $180,000 per year annual salary plus a 15% bonus based on individual and company performance. Client will also provide relocation package for out of state candidates.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of outside sales experience
-Experience building a residential territory based on a subscription or field-services model
-Experience in sales in the waste management industry
