Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Workday Test Lead to support a global consumer healthcare company. In this role, you’ll lead the testing phase of a global Workday initiative focused on overhauling job architecture. The Test Lead will design and manage the full test plan, including detailed test scenarios and scripts that validate new job families, profiles, levels, and hierarchies. They will ensure that updates to Workday business processes—such as hiring, promotions, and compensation—function correctly under the new structure. The role also involves validating reporting accuracy, security permissions, and data flow to downstream systems like payroll and time tracking. The Test Lead will coordinate UAT, manage defects, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring the initiative meets business and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years' experience leading Workday testing efforts in post-implementation or transformation projects.
Ability to design test plans, scenarios, and scripts for job architecture and business processes.
Familiarity with Jira Xray or similar test management tools.
Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.
Excellent communication and defect tracking abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Global Job Architecture (GJA) or similar Workday configuration projects.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Background in process improvement within testing lifecycles.
